The only thing I can add to their advice is that cinnamon is a wonderful spice to fight against diabetes. If you do not eat enough foods that you add cinnamon too you can purchase cinnamon capsules. I have a few friends that have reversed it completely. I am a trained herbalist and I work with a Natural Doctor he has a Masters Degree in it and has been practicing for over 10 years also.
